Qualcomm certification for low-latency, hi-res Bluetooth audio.
Snapdragon Sound is a Qualcomm certification program covering the entire phone-to-headphone audio chain. Devices that pass certification support aptX Lossless (1.2 Mbps over Bluetooth, equivalent to CD audio), 24-bit/96 kHz hi-res, and sub-90 ms latency for gaming. Both phone and headphones must be Snapdragon Sound-certified for the lossless mode to engage.
