AMOLED
Active-Matrix OLED — the flavor used on phones and watches.
AMOLED is OLED with an active-matrix backplane (a TFT layer that addresses each pixel individually for fast response). Almost every flagship phone since 2014 uses AMOLED — Samsung's Super AMOLED brand markets the same technology with the touch layer integrated into the panel. Day-to-day, "OLED" and "AMOLED" are synonymous on phones; passive-matrix OLED is essentially extinct.
