AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT
87/100 editorial
US launch / reference: $349
Third-party reference ↗Start with the tradeoffs
Consider Arc B580 for
- Incredible $/frame at 1440p
- 12 GB VRAM on a budget card
- Modern AV1 + XeSS 2
Tradeoff: PCIe 4.0 x8 interface (not x16) — bottlenecks on PCIe 3.0 boards
Consider AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT for
- 16 GB GDDR6 variant future-proofs against VRAM-hungry games
- 32 CU RDNA 4 with DisplayPort 2.1a + PCIe 5.0
- Strong 1440p value at $349 (16 GB) / $299 (8 GB)
Tradeoff: 192-bit memory bus narrower than RX 9070 series
Scores and judgments are editorial. Specdex does not run an in-house benchmark lab. Manufacturer claims and independent measurements may use different test conditions.
